Part 1
Technology & Core AI
What makes WaveSync's AI different?
Unlike standard filters that subtract frequencies, our DNN (Deep Neural Network) is trained on 500 million+ data points to “extract” human voice, preserving clarity even in 110dB noise.
Can it handle wind and sirens?
Yes. Our AI is tuned for non-stationary noise. It distinguishes between a siren’s frequency/wind gusts and human speech patterns.
How does AI-VOX differ from standard VOX?
Standard VOX triggers on any loud sound. AI-VOX only triggers when it detects human voice energy, truly freeing your hands without false alarms.
Is the AI algorithm developed in-house?
WaveSync maintains strategic partnerships with global leaders in AI noise-cancellation chipsets. Our core expertise lies in fine-tuning algorithms for specific industrial scenarios. This ensures that our AI performance transcends laboratory benchmarks and delivers clarity in the harshest real-world noise environments.
Does WaveSync technology make everything completely silent?
Our AI noise reduction solution is not designed to eliminate all noise completely. Instead, it centers on voice extraction technology, which identifies and separates human voice signals from background noise. Just like the human ear, it extracts critical voice commands amid disruptive ambient noise and guarantees distortion-free voice transmission.
Part 2
Wireless Headset & Speaker Microphone Selection
My radio has no Bluetooth. Can I use your headset?
Yes. Choose the “2.4G Edition“. It includes a wireless dongle that plugs into your radio, creating a dedicated 2.4G link.
What is the difference between Bluetooth and 2.4G?
The choice depends entirely on whether your current radio has built-in Bluetooth.
• Standard Bluetooth Edition:
Best for: Radios with built-in Bluetooth. It includes the headset (or speaker microphone) only. It uses universal Bluetooth protocol for maximum convenience and multi-point pairing(1-to-2).
• 2.4G Fast-Link Edition:
Best for: Professional radios WITHOUT built-in Bluetooth. It uses a private 2.4G protocol that achieves 0.1s flash pairing between the headset and the adapter upon power-up. You must select the version that matches your radio’s port— K-Head (Kenwood type) / M-Head (Motorola type) / iCOM type (Custom solutions are available for other connector types upon request) .It includes a specialized headset, a wireless adapter (Dongle), and a wireless PTT ring.
Does the wireless headset or speaker microphone clip the first word?
Clipping is primarily determined by your walkie-talkie’s internal power-save settings. However, our wireless products ensure the wireless link between it and radio is established instantly, ensuring itself adds zero perceivable delay to your communication.
If I purchase the "2.4G Edition," can I use the headset alone to connect directly to a radio with built-in Bluetooth?
No. Although the headsets look similar on the outside, their internal motherboards are completely different. So please carefully verify whether your current radio has built-in Bluetooth BEFORE purchasing to avoid selecting the wrong version.
Part 3
Product Durability
Are the radios waterproof?
Yes, the WS7R is IP67 rated (submersible up to 1m for 30 mins).
Can the radios withstand drops?
Yes, all units are equipped with reinforced metal frames engineered for heavy-duty outdoor applications.
Part 4
Developer Integration
How do I integrate your module?
It supports USB UAC 1.0 protocol. Plug and play for Android/Linux/Windows if its USB supports the UAC 1.0.
Can the module tell sound direction?
Yes, our Circular Array outputs angle coordinates via TTL serial port, perfect for robotics orientation.
Do you provide dimension drawings of your modules?
Yes, PDF drawings are available for your design review. Please contact us to request them
Do you support AEC?
Yes, our modules have a “Reference Signal” interface to eliminate self-noise (echo) from speakers.
Do you provide tech support?
Yes. Our team includes the engineers who tuned the algorithms, offering deep technical guidance. Contact us if you need.
Part 5
Business & Identity
Are you a factory?
We are an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) delivering end-to-end engineering support structured to efficiently serve the global market. As an AI noise cancellation solution integrator, our international business operations are headquartered in Hong Kong, backed by an advanced R&D center in Shenzhen and a robust manufacturing facility in Quanzhou.
Can I buy samples?
Yes, single units are available for purchase online, or you may contact us via email or message.
Lead time for bulk orders?
Samples ship in 3-7 days. Bulk orders typically take 2-4 weeks depending on customization needs.
Part 6
Before / After-Sales
How do I know if my walkie-talkie connector is K-Plug, M-Plug, or Icom-Plug?
While these three connector types all feature a dual-pin configuration, they are not interchangeable due to differences in pin spacing (pitch) and wiring definitions. Using the wrong plug can cause poor audio, constant transmission, or even damage to your radio.
To find the perfect fit for your device, you can identify your connector using the simple guide below:
1. Quick Measurement Guide
The easiest and most accurate way to tell them apart is by measuring the center-to-center distance (spacing) between the two pins:
K-Plug (Kenwood Standard):
Pin Spacing (Pitch): 11.5 mm (approx. 0.45 in). The pins are noticeably spread apart.
Pin Diameters: 3.5 mm (top) & 2.5 mm (bottom).
Best Known For: This is the most widely adopted industry standard.
Icom-Plug:
Pin Spacing (Pitch): 10.0 mm (approx. 0.39 in). A medium gap between the pins.
Pin Diameters: 3.5 mm & 2.5 mm.
M-Plug (Motorola 2-Pin Standard):
Pin Spacing (Pitch): 8.0 mm (approx. 0.31 in). The pins are very close together.
Pin Diameters: 3.5 mm & 2.5 mm.
2. Brand Compatibility Cheat Sheet
If you don’t have a ruler handy, you can generally determine your connector type based on your radio’s brand:
Choose K-Plug if your radio is: Kenwood, Baofeng, Quansheng, Retevis, Wouxun, TYT, or most standard open-market dual-pin radios.
Choose Icom-Plug if your radio is: Icom, Cobra (select models), or Midland (select models).
Choose M-Plug if your radio is: Motorola (traditional 2-pin models like CP200, GP300, CLS series, etc.).
💡 Still Unsure?
If your radio model isn’t listed or you are purchasing in bulk for a specific fleet, please send us an inquiry with your exact radio brand and model number. Our technical support team will verify the compatibility for you A.S.A.P.!
What is the warranty?
12 months for main units.
