What makes WaveSync's AI different?
Can it handle wind and sirens?
Yes. Our AI is tuned for non-stationary noise. It distinguishes between a siren’s frequency/wind gusts and human speech patterns.
How does AI-VOX differ from standard VOX?
Standard VOX triggers on any loud sound. AI-VOX only triggers when it detects human voice energy, truly freeing your hands without false alarms.

Headset & Adapter Selection
My radio has no Bluetooth. Can I use your headset?
Yes. Choose the “Industrial Fast-Link Edition“. It includes a wireless dongle that plugs into your radio, creating a dedicated 2.4G link.
What is the difference between Bluetooth and Fast-Link?
Standard Bluetooth: For radios with built-in Bluetooth. Universal protocol.
Industrial Fast-Link: For radios WITHOUT Bluetooth. Uses private 2.4G protocol for 0.3s ultra-low latency and flash pairing. Includes Dongle + PTT Ring.
Does the Adapter Edition clip the first word?
Our Fast-Link ensures the wireless link is established instantly (0.3s), ensuring the headset itself adds zero perceivable delay. Clipping is mostly determined by the radio’s own power-save settings.

Are the radios waterproof?
Yes, the TM-5288 is IP67 rated (submersible up to 1m for 30 mins).
